Beer Jelly in Japan
My first full day in Japan, we went to The Midtown shopping area in Roppongi. The food court area was pretty amazing with a variety of fancy cakes and sweets. One of the highlights is the beer jelly. It tasted like beer and sweet jelly at the same time. The part that got nasty was the after taste. Like beer, there is a bitter after taste but it lingers for awhile. Not a good thing for sure.
