Japanese Eats

I found Pepsi Shiso at the 100 yen store the other day. If you are not familiar with shiso, it’s a plant that is used for flavoring pickles. If you ever ate sashimi at a Japanese restaurant, they use the shiso leaf to decorate the dish (as well as eat it with the fish).

I was quite curious to find out what pepsi shiso would taste like. It was quite awful. Tastes like shiso, which is not something you would want to quench your thirst.

Oh well. It is what it is.
